Paulette Firestone

  • As CEO of Phoenix Fund Services, Paulette leverages over two decades of expertise in finance and family office, infusing her role with a passion for operational excellence, unwavering client service, and a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships within her team and with clients.

    Before founding Phoenix Fund Services, Paulette served as CEO and CFO of Hub Management, Inc., a Dallas-based family office. There, she was instrumental in driving growth, streamlining operations, and enhancing profitability.

    Paulette and her wife have two daughters, ages thirteen and ten, and she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at one of their volleyball games. Outside of work, she serves on the PTA Board at her children’s school and volunteers in her community.

Stephanie
Henwood-Darts

COO + Managing Partner

  • As COO of Phoenix Fund Services, Steph’s focus is on ensuring clients are serviced by industry experts with market leading technology. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY, Steph transitioned into the dynamic world of fund administration. She began her career servicing some of the largest real estate funds in the UK with two leading fund administration service providers before moving into a strategic leadership role within a global fund administration and private client services firm. This eventually led to her relocation to the U.S. in 2022.

    Steph is passionate about redefining the value fund administration can provide. Her mission is to ensure fund managers, regardless of size, can leverage timely and insightful data to unlock key advantages and drive success.

    Proudly part of the LGBTQ+ community, Steph enjoys playing golf and cheering on her beloved Eagles during football season. A former England badminton player, she has also found a new passion in pickleball.

Jamie Heo

Managing Director

  • Jamie brings over 20 years of accounting experience, with more than 15 years dedicated to the alternative investment and fund administration sector. Her career includes leadership roles at prestigious global fund services firms, including Apex Group and Sanne Group, where she served as Director of Private Equity, as well as an Associate Director position at MUFG. Jamie has also contributed her expertise in-house at Unity Hunt and ING Clarion.

    Her extensive experience spans a broad spectrum of investment types such as real estate, infrastructure, oil and gas, fund of funds, secondary funds, litigation financing, and debt funds. Jamie excels in managing both new fund launches and institutional funds, leveraging her deep understanding of complex fund structures and her forensic accounting skills to address and rectify accounting issues.

    Jamie has built a strong reputation for client service throughout her career, consistently delivering high-quality results marked by trust, respect, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism. She is a passionate advocate for professional development, championing a culture that values diversity, continuous learning, ongoing training, and mentoring within her teams.

    Jamie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Women’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
